Days 2 – 3 · Tea Hills & Misty Valleys
After breakfast, check out and drive to Munnar (~140 km · ~4 hrs). The drive is one of Kerala's most scenic — climbing through rubber and spice plantations, dramatic waterfalls and winding mountain roads as the Western Ghats rise around you.
🌊 En-route Waterfalls & Scenic Stops
Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls cascade in dramatic multi-tiered drops beside the highway. The air grows noticeably cooler as elevation increases — a refreshing contrast after the coastal heat of Kochi.

Day 4 · Backwaters & Houseboat Cruise
After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey (~175 km · ~4.5–5 hrs). Known as the "Venice of the East," Alleppey is Kerala's houseboat capital — a labyrinth of lagoons, lakes and canals.

One of India's oldest and finest zoological gardens — spread across 55 acres with well-maintained enclosures for tigers, lions, elephants, giraffes and the rare White Tiger. A lush, tree-shaded escape in the middle of the city.
🏖 Kovalam Beach — Evening Visit
Drive to Kovalam (~16 km) for a beautiful evening at the crescent-shaped lighthouse beach. Watch the fishing boats return at dusk, enjoy the sea breeze and fresh seafood at one of the beach shacks. The lighthouse itself offers a spectacular vantage point at sunset.

Built on a rock island 500m offshore where Swami Vivekananda meditated before his historic speech at the 1893 Parliament of World Religions. Reached by ferry (payable locally) — the meditation hall and Vivekananda's statue are deeply serene.

Amman Temple (Bhagavathy Amman)
The sacred Kumari Amman Temple, dedicated to the virgin goddess, stands at the very tip of India. The presiding deity's nose ring is said to be visible even from the sea. Specific dress code required — dhoti/sari preferred.

Confluence of Three Seas
Stand at the very tip of India where three bodies of water meet — each a distinct color and current. The trisagam (meeting point) is uniquely dramatic at sunrise and sunset when the colours of the three seas are most visible.
🌅 Thiruvalluvar Statue
The 133-foot statue of the Tamil poet-saint Thiruvalluvar stands on an adjacent rock island, representing the 133 chapters of his celebrated work Thirukkural. One of Tamil Nadu's most dramatic modern monuments.

🛍 Shopping & Farewell
Spend your remaining time browsing Trivandrum's famous Chalai Bazar or SMS (Statue — MG Road — Spencer Junction) shopping stretch for Kerala spices, handloom fabrics, Kasavu sarees, wooden handicrafts and ayurvedic products.
Transfer to Trivandrum International Airport (TRV) for your onward journey. Tour concludes — carry home the warmth of God's Own Country.
