Ararat Brandy Factory: Optional Tour and tasting at Armenia's legendary brandy distillery — home of the famous Ararat cognac, beloved by Churchill and Stalin.

Geghard Monastery (UNESCO): A remarkably preserved medieval monastery partially carved into the adjacent cliff — a masterpiece of Armenian architecture dating to the 4th century. The main cathedral and several cave churches were hewn directly from the rock. One of Armenia's most atmospheric and spiritual sites.
Garni Temple: The only standing Greco-Roman colonnaded building in the former USSR — a beautifully restored Hellenistic stone temple overlooking a dramatic gorge, built in the 1st century AD.
Tsaghkadzor: Armenia's mountain resort town — visit the Kecharis Monastery complex and take the ropeway for panoramic mountain views Optional ski/activities. Return to Yerevan for overnight.

Khor Virap Monastery: Perched dramatically on a rocky mound with Mount Ararat filling the horizon behind it — one of the most iconic views in the entire Caucasus. This 5th-century monastery marks the site where Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned before converting Armenia to Christianity (301 AD).
Areni-1 Cave: The oldest known winery in the world (c. 6,100 years old) was discovered here in 2007, making Armenia one of the world's oldest wine regions. A fascinating archaeological site in a stunning canyon setting.
Areni Winery Tour & Tasting: Guided tour and wine tasting at a traditional local winery in Armenia's premier wine country — try indigenous varietals like Areni Noir that have been cultivated here for millennia. Return to Yerevan. Overnight.

Dilijan — "Armenian Switzerland": The charming forested town of Dilijan with its heritage Old Quarter, craft studios and surrounding national park. A refreshing contrast of green after the arid Ararat Valley.
Armenia–Georgia Border Crossing: Drive to the border, complete formalities and enter Georgia. Drive to Tbilisi with a dinner stop at an Indian restaurant on arrival. Overnight in Tbilisi.
