Introduction

Welcome to Geeth International Tours & Travels. By using our website and services, you are agreeing to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to your usage of our services and website. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

  • All reservations are on an available and confirmatory basis.
  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving the due deposit or advance payment and written confirmation from us.
  • Customers are liable for checking booking details upon receiving confirmation.

Payments

  • down payment of 50% of the cost is made at the time of booking.
  • The balance has to be paid within a stipulated time, as informed during the booking.
  • Payment can be made through bank transfer, major credit cards, and online payment gateways. All rates are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise.

Change in booking

  • Any alterations in the booking have to be informed directly to our office.
  • Changes are conditional and will incur an extra charge.
  • Regular changes are discouraged and cannot be accommodated.

Fees and Charges

  • Charges and Fees Service charges, booking charges, and cancellation charges may be levied and are non-refundable.
  • Extra charges may be levied for special requests or modifications to bookings.
  • Government taxes, port charges, and tourism levies are not part of quoted rates unless clearly stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations should be made through call, email, or direct visit to our office within the given timeframe.
  • Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the timing of cancellation in relation to the travel date.
  • No refunds will be made for unused services, early returns, or missed departures.

Cancellation by Company

  • We may cancel services due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, political unrest, or low participation.
  • In these circumstances, clients shall be provided an alternate service of like value or a refund of their money in full.
  • We shall not incur any incidental expense arising from these cancellations.

Refunds

  • Processing of refunds will take 15 business days after cancellation.
  • Refunds shall be made via the original form of payment.

Travel Documents and Requirements

  • It is clients responsibility to secure and bear necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates.
  • Passports should be valid for a minimum of six months after the return date.
  • Although we can offer advice on how to obtain visas, obtaining proper visas is the client’s responsibility.
  • Not having required documentation can lead to denied boarding or entry without refund.

Health and Insurance

  • Clients should notify us of any medical conditions that could impact their ability to join the tour.
  • We advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for trip cancellations, medical issues, evacuation, and loss of personal belongings.

Liability and Responsibility

  • We organize every trip with care and attention but are not responsible for any criminal offense or illegal actions taken by clients while traveling.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political disturbances.

Complaints

  • Any tour arrangement complaints must be communicated to us through call or email.
  • We shall provide a reasonable response from our customer support team to respond to the grievances.

Governing Law

  • The terms and conditions will be subjected to Indian law.
  • Disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved by the courts of Kerala in India.
